Train To Busan

Train to Busan starring in Singapore on 4th August 2016.
A blockbuster movie where a disastrous virus hits South Korea, turning everyone into zombies. And passengers on board the KTX train from Seoul towards Busan struggles to survive against the odds.

It's no longer safe for you have no idea if your loved ones/ random strangers around you are infected. Who can you trust? Would you work together to save the lives of others? Or you would do everything you can to save yourself at the expense of others?

Great movie to watch definitely! I even don't mind re-watching this!

Suspense Filled

Really tense and horrifying! Different from my perception of the usual zombies where they move in slow motion and all!

The unexpected waves of the zombies coming heads-on, the speed they are moving at, and the impact they created (what with the broken glasses and all). It makes you cringe for the survivors while seated on the movie seats! I recall myself saying "Faster run, run run" during the movie as well! HAHA!

Humanity Change

The father. A guy who initially just cares about himself more than others. Still recalling the first few scene where he did not understand why his daughter let up her space for a old lady, and only saving himself and his daughter and leaving others to fend for themselves. But after encounters with the deadly zombie attacks, himself and his daughter being saved, that's when you start to see the change!

Team Spirit & Bravery

You can see the bravery and team spirit that some encompasses especially the few of them in the image below. Of course there are also others.

You find yourself looking at them working together to fight for their lives and everyone's. The sacrifice they made to save their loved ones and others.

Sometimes, it's only at times of danger (away from the safe) that you start to see - who are the ones who truly care. And you might also see the change in people at times of danger (can be good and bad depending).

The main brave souls in the movie!

Selfishness

The person who sparked the anger of most. The Selfish Bastard - the one who only cared about himself. Someone who instigate other survivors against letting the brave group of survivors into the cabin - which resulted in a guy sacrificing his life to hold back the zombies, in order to save the others including his pregnant wife. The scene that starts pissing people off - if the selfish bastard had not been so selfish, all the 8 remaining survivors would have also been safe, and not having to let 2 of them died!

But the group of them who was instigated by the selfish guy got their own medicine when the zombies attacked and killed them (excluding the selfish guy and another guy who managed to escape by hiding inside the toilet).

Even more angry with the selfish bastard is with 3 other scenes where he used 2 other person to help himself survive. This kind of person is seriously not worth saving at all. People tried to help him, but he just throw the helping hand to fend for themselves and instead he himself just ran away to safety.

But glad that he got infected in the end. Though he infected a good soul in the end. Major sadness (not for the selfish guy definitely).

There~ the selfish guy! Really pissed me off.

Most Saddening Moment

Throughout the movie, you can see the bravery in people, the working together to fight against the zombie apocalypse, as well as the saddening moments of seeing your loves one sacrificing for other's safety, and being infected.

The final part where the girl lose her dad to the apocalypse is really mega saddening. I teared a lot at the final part! Especially when the girl cried and scream for her dad when she knew that she's going to lose him.

Saddening max... The thought of losing your loved ones or those whom you cared for.

A really great movie that's worth watching and one which I don't mind re-watching a few more times!
