Buddy Bunny
Oh, i think the main highlight that I have not updated in my blog, is pretty much about our bunny! Newly introduced in 2018 - Chinese New Year period! HAHA!
My brother wanted a bunny very much (other than dog), and my parents and him came across this cute little bunny. And there you go, here he is! I was not aware that they are buying, until I came home from work and saw this little one at home!
And thereafter we went Bangkok during the March holidays hence have to do research on rabbit hotels that could helped us take care of him while we were overseas. In the end, I managed to find one that had quite good reviews, and they even update you daily on your bunny. They pretty much provided a space for your bunny (individual space), and food etc.
One day before we fly off, we sent him to the lodging place.
He looks so scared inside the cage. So I opened up the cage and let him out.
Sending him to the lodging place feels like sending your kid to school. Worried about him and yet no choice to leave him at the lodging place. And then you start to miss him the moment you are out of the lodging place. It's like feeling a bit of emptiness/ something missing.
So yeah, you can't imagine how glad I was when finally we fetched him home. He had been well fed over there. Gain a bit of weight! But wells~ he's growing up.
And due to him growing bigger in size, we decided to give him an upgrade. Bought a 3 storey cage to allow him to jump around (with the hope that he will lose a bit of weight).
But see, he just lie there only. How to lose weight like that?

See how small and tiny he is! Cute much <3

Still pretty much scared....

Initially his size. Half of the cage. He looked like a shiok here ahh~
His favourite position initially. At least up until he grew bigger in size and his head can't really fit in between? HAHA.

Backview of him entering his cage. I actually let him out to run around the corridor, but then... this lazy bum just want to jump back into his cage and just lie there *speechless*

And the below picture was him after scratching me. Always get scratched by him most of the time when he struggled when you are carrying him. He just do not like people to carry him.
Usually, the scratch will just cause redness and will subside after a while.
This time round was more serious due to the impact from his hind legs when he jumped off from my leg. First time I put him on my leg and well, I kind of didn't think that much. So now, I got a 2 scratch scar. Though it's lighter now, but I still can see the scar :(
But well, I still am in love with his cutie one nevertheless <3
By the way, after he grew bigger, we can then tell his gender - it's a girl. Actually can tell a bit since he seems very xiao qi and show attitude at times.
But nevertheless, I still like to call him boy boy :P
To end off this post, here's a picture of him in the astronaut bag. Hahaha.

Hello 2019!
2019.
Should have been a great start into the new year. But not exactly for me. I actually fell sick on the first day of new year. It started with throat infection which then slowly evolves to flu and cough, then subsequently to fever on 03 Jan 2019 (which I then have 2 days MC). So now I am at home resting, clearing emails and surfing net.
But if you think positively, it means I only start work in 2019 only on 07 Jan (Monday)! Woohoo~ super long break for me.
I had not started work on 02 Jan since we took leave to accompany my brother to Tekong. They actually allow up to 4 family members to head in with him to see see look look around - giving us a tour around and brief us on some information, before ending with a lunch.
Can't wait to make many more memories in 2019!

Day Trip to JB (28 Oct 2018)
Went for day trip to JB on a Sunday. We did not managed to get the train tickets since it was snatched up within minutes! We actually postponed the trip once already as we also had not managed to get the train tickets. So in the end, we chose to go ahead with the plan - heading in to JB via bus instead.
First thing when I got there, was to get the data sim card. My previous one had already expired due to me not topping up and extending the validity. So yeah. This time round must remember to do so. But it seems that they had shortened the validity period - it will expire 50 days from your last top up. Zzzz.
Restoran Hua Mui
Address: No. 131, Jalan Trus, 80000, Johor Bahru
So our first stop was to Restoran Hua Mui. They are famous for their Hainanese Chicken Chop! It's just walking distance from City Square. By the time we reached the place, the place was full, and there was a queue outside (around 4 - 5 before us).
Bev-C
Address: 54 Jalan Tan Hiok Nee, 8000
Thereafter was time for some dessert. 2 minutes walk away from Hua Mui.
This was actually a clothing shop, and the cafe is at the second level.
Thereafter we head over to Paradigm Mall for some shopping. Our initial plan was to visit the newly opened shopping mall, but we heard some reviews that it's not ready? So we stick to Paradigm Mall instead.
And I got to try the Jay Chou - Liang Sandwich Bar.
Tried their recommended Chicken Bolognese. Aiyo Bu Cuo Wor~
Dong Seoul Restaurant
Address: 109, Jalan Sutera Tanjung 8/2, Taman Sutera Utama, 81300 Skudai
Dinner was thereafter settled at Dong Seoul.
We also ordered the Spicy Korean Noodles (RM 12).
Look at our table full of food! The amount of side dishes they give is just really a wide spread! Yum Yum.
But it's really too much for 2 person. We are so full that we nearly puke.
And then, we had to head back to Singapore since it was getting late. We returned via the Tuas checkpoint since Woodlands will jam even badly as it's a sunday.
Malaysia customs was pretty smooth. The jam was in Singapore customs and also the especially long waiting time for the buses to Jurong East MRT station! I think we queued for nearly one hour?
Other than that, we had fun! :)

Cafe Hopping to Fresh Fruits Lab - Z Edition
A few weeks ago, we visited the newly opened cafe - Fresh Fruits Lab - Z edition!
Have heard of this cafe before, but did not have a chance to visit it since it's located at Kembangan!
So when my friend told me that they opened another outlet at Clementi, we decided to go together. So here we go, dropping by the cafe on a Wednesday night after work. A really great chill-out place to catch up with friends or have a drink to unwind from work.
So I initially expected just a glass of cocktail. But end up, they also serve the natural food colouring. Apparently I can add those droplets of colours into the cocktail, and flash it with lights. Good instagramable drink!
Overall, the food was pretty not bad! The truffle fries toooooo! <3

Memory Lane
Hihi! Really been a while, isn't it?
I kinda miss the feeling of typing and penning down my thoughts and happenings in this space. I kind of had a quick read through my previous posts and it really feels like walking down memory lane.
And now, looking at how few posts (close to nothing) about recent happenings, made me feel like I should start to pen down something that I can refer to in future. I hope to fill this little space with many many posts that I can look back at in future! So stay tune! haha
So anyways, I was kinda triggered by memories because of the S.H.E seventeen anniversary new music video release - 十七.
You may refer to the music video below!
The MV starts off with them boarding the train - beginning their journey of S.H.E together for the past 17 years. Fate brought them together and they began their music career journey together - the hard work they put in together and eventually gained the popularity.
And mid-way, they also went on to pursue their own interests (acting/ variety/ music).
The 17 years had been a train ride of various ups and downs for them. But ultimately, they are still together as one, and will be there for one another no matter what happens :)
This MV really bring back the memories of how they started off, and how they became part of our lives as we listen to their songs as we are growing up <3
