Solitary times

Ever come across times when you just want to be alone? To escape the action-packed life for a while to be alone. To clear out the gutters in your life. Alone to think about stuff.. Alone to just clear out the noises and distractions and just have all the time to yourself and your thoughts…

In life, everyone will have their problems and issues, be it work, family, friendships, or relationships. As you proceed along in your journey through life, more responsibilities and commitments will be in store for you, and you will feel the strain with each passing day. Therefore, won’t it be good to request for a time off once in a while to re-charge and unwind? Not exactly running away from problems (since you will have to tackle them somehow), but rather to think things through and for all you know, you might be able to see things in a clearer perspective and able to know how to proceed from there.

For some, their way of re-charging is to travel overseas, having a short trip. But for those who are unable to up and go, you can just spend time alone to do things you like. Can be leisure activities to even just lazing around doing nothing. Depending on a person's commitment levels and responsibilities on hand. 

 So.... Taking a break once in a while to spend time with yourself is beneficial as well:)

Cafe Hopping to Matt's The Chocolate Shop @ Tanjong Pagar

Stumbled across this cafe while exploring the area for cafes! And we decided to come back to try their chocolate lava cakes. Real sinful indulgence~!

The Store Front 
Not easily spotted amidst the stretch of shophouses. My friend and I actually walked pass the shop without realising it. We actually thought we had forgotten where it is and only found it when we retrace our steps! Weird that we walked pass without seeing it.

Rather small cafe, which is only able to seat less than 10 inside. 

Boxes of Tiramisu!! As many might be rather reserved in getting this due to the sinful-ness, you might want to grab a few other of your friends to share this together rather than finishing the whole container yourself.

Iced Mocha
Not that fantastic I felt. Bitter~. Maybe can try drinking this if you are really sleepy and have to stay awake:P However, maybe you might want to consider trying out their Iced/ Hot Chocolate drink instead since their specialization is in chocolate:) But I still prefer the Ice Chocolate from my favourite place:P

Molten Chocolate Cake
Thick chocolate only being coated on the top of the cake, nothing on the inside. Nonetheless, the chocolate-y taste is just so awesome and shiok! But then its rather flaky in the sense that when u cut it/ try to pick it up using the fork, it will break into small small pieces. If it's not so flaky then it will be perfect!

Saw this on the shelves. Totally agree! The smell of chocolate will flood around you upon entering the cafe! Just the smell is enough to make you salivate.
